What are you going to do?

In this role, you will lead the regional (EMEA) Deal Operations function, directly influencing speed-to-market and shaping the operational strategies that accelerate global growth across the AECO sector. Key responsibilities include defining and refining standard deal procedures, providing analytical and operational support for non-standard deals, resolving live Salesforce issues, facilitating approvals, and driving reporting and performance insights.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to streamline the quote-to-signature process and support complex deal execution.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Deal Operations Specialists supporting the sales cycle from deal creation to successful close.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product, and Salesforce teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Lead end-of-month and end-of-quarter operating reviews, ensuring late-stage deal readiness and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring executive summaries to regional and sector leaders.

What do we ask?

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Finance, or similar role within a SaaS or technology environment, with progressive responsibility.
  • Proven experience building and leading teams in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional alignment in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven insights.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Maintains high standards of integrity by handling confidential and sensitive data with professional discretion and sound judgment.
  • Upholds a culture of integrity and mutual respect while effectively managing people and resources.
  • Employs analytical thinking to proactively identify and resolve complex challenges.
  • Functions as an organized, self-directed collaborator who remains curious and open to new ideas.
