Wat ga je doen?

  • Managing and following up on incoming quotation and project requests from the BeNeLux, France, and Spain
  • Preparing complete cost calculations based on information from customers and the sales team (plans, notes, descriptions)
  • Coordinating with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient project follow-up
  • Contacting suppliers by phone for price inquiries
  • Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships (customer service, technical advice)
  • Providing product information and support to existing and potential customers

Wat vragen wij?

  • Customer-oriented and professional in communication
  • Preferably educated in a technical field or equivalent through experience
  • Skilled in preparing price calculations based on technical data
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Possess strong spatial and numerical insight
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Autodesk or other technical drawing software is an asset
  • Commercially minded with a proactive attitude
  • You speak Dutch, fluent French, and English.
