• SmartDC: Colocation services through our data centers in Rotterdam, Paris, and Montreal.

What you will be doing

• Process customer agreements: Review signed contracts and scopes of work, enter all details into Jira, HubSpot, and our internal systems, and ensure everything is complete and accurate.
• Create internal workflows: Translate contract details into clear tasks, project items, and handover steps so Implementation, Operations, CS, and Finance know exactly what to do.
• Support post-sales operations: Keep customer records up to date, track project progress, prepare closeout documentation, and ensure smooth transitions between teams.
• Resolve data gaps: Flag missing information or inconsistencies and work with Sales, PM, CS, and Technical teams to quickly fill in what’s needed.
• Improve processing time: Identify bottlenecks in contract workflows, suggest improvements, and help streamline how agreements move through the organization.
• Maintain data quality: Ensure consistency, structure, and compliance across all systems, and take ownership of keeping key operational data clean and reliable.

• Detail-oriented and structured: You enjoy organizing information, spotting inconsistencies, and keeping workflows clean and accurate.
• Fast learner: You pick up new tools, processes, and ICT-related concepts quickly and are eager to develop your skills.
• Strong communicator: You can clearly summarize findings, ask for missing details, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Tech-comfortable: You’re comfortable working with digital tools and can understand basic technical terminology (experience with Jira/HubSpot is a plus).
• Process-minded: You enjoy improving workflows, reducing repetitive work, and helping teams move faster.
• Proactive and reliable: You take ownership, follow through on tasks, and keep stakeholders updated without needing reminders.
• Early career talent: You may be a recent graduate or have up to 3 years of experience in operations, administration, data entry, or sales/project support. Fluent in English and Dutch
• Location: This is an onsite role based in Rotterdam;
• Language: Fluent in English and Dutch
