Wat ga je doen?

• Analyze and define the supply chain business requirements, considering technical feasibility, budget, timing, and the existing architecture, while meeting GxP quality standards.
• Convert requirements into functional specifications, forming the foundation for technical analysis and project planning.
• Support the full project lifecycle — from identifying challenges to implementing and supporting solutions — together with internal teams and partners.
• Train, coach and support internal users filling confident using the applications.
• Act as a trusted partner for Fagron entities, helping them adopt and leverage IT applications effectively.
• Continuously promote and stimulate agile development and drive continuous improvement of quality regarding the IT application landscape.

Wat vragen wij?

•  Experience +3 years working with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly within manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Flows)
• Knowledge of Prince2, Lean, Scrum and/or Agile methodologies.
• Comfort working in an international, cross-border environment.
• A proactive mindset, able to work independently while collaborating closely with others.
• Interest in business processes and change management.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
