We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to focus on the continued growth and expansion of our distributor network. As such you will be reporting directly to and working together with Sales Management.

What are you going to do?
Maintaining, expanding, and improving the distributor network.
Providing full support to the distributor network on marketing and commercial matters.
Organizing and attending net meetings/ online instrument demonstrations/ seminars/ roadshows/ exhibitions in cooperation with our distributors.
Achieve/Exceed assigned sales objectives and sales targets through established KPI’s.
Build regional sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
Train sales channels and launch new products in the region.
Direct sales to key international accounts.
Creating sales material and product presentations.
Providing market feedback to Sales Management and R&D.
Signaling business development opportunities and threats.
What do we ask?
Minimum 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales, preferably in similar markets with demonstrated success.
Preferably a minimum bachelor’s degree in the field of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field with Technical Sales experience.
People person, able to blend in with various cultures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to work with individuals across all levels of the organization and the ability to train others.
Any of the following languages is considered a strong plus : Spanish, Arabic, French
High energy, self-starter, entrepreneurial, naturally driven personality.
Experience in/affinity with the laboratory instrumentation market is considered a plus.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally (max. 10-15%).
Good computer skills (Windows, Office 365, Teams/Video Conferencing).
Experience with CRM/ERP systems.
Resident of the EU or valid work permit as a highly skilled worker (Omnitek is a registered sponsor with the IND)
In possession of valid driver’s license (Dutch type B or equivalent).
