Wat ga je doen?

As a Design Engineer at DeRegt, you are responsible for designing high-quality, custom-made cable systems based on customer specifications. You play a key role in translating technical requirements into practical and innovative solutions, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. You act as the technical point of contact for customers and work closely with internal teams to bring each unique project to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design custom cable systems based on customer specifications
  • Ensure designs comply with electrical and technical standards
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers
  • Provide updates on project progress and answer technical questions
  • Support and advise Production on the implementation of your designs
  • Monitor project planning and budgets, and identify deviations
  • Align with your manager on progress, risks and improvements

Wat vragen wij?

  • HBO or WO degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good command of the Dutch & English language (written and spoken)

  • Competitive salary within scale G8 (€3.667 – €5.444 gross pm on full-time employment)
