You act as a trusted advisor: Be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including employment law, performance, and development.
Take responsibility for the well-being our fonQ employees: You will coordinate the full absenteeism and reintegration process and work on initiatives that contribute to employee well-being.
Own and execute the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between: Oversee all stages of the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures: You will support various HR projects such as implementing a new Performance management process, improving the Employee Experience and HR systems.
Take ownership of the entire recruitment and selection process: From crafting compelling job postings to proactively sourcing top talent, meticulously screening CVs, and leading in-depth interviews to identify the best candidates for the team.
Handle administrative tasks with eye for detail: You will manage HR administration, including monthly payroll, contracts, personnel files and leave registration.
Wat vragen wij?
Educational Background: University-level education (WO) or HBO in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
Experience: 4+ years in HR
