To start with, the position of Business Controller C&TS sits comfortably in the C&TS Finance Team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! As a Business Controller you will be asked to focus on management reporting of C&TS financial results and be responsible for C&TS Operating Working Capital. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:
We are looking for an ambitious and results driven finance professional with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of 5-7 years of work experience as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of “must haves,” however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with financial analysis and business partnering but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.
