Inside Sales Engineer

What are you going to do?

As Sales Engineer Internal you provide the customer with technical support and advice. You identify the customer needs to advise the customer specific products and solutions. Your affinity with technology and experience in a commercially oriented position, you ensure that you translate needs of existing and non-active potential customers into technical solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Inventory of customer needs, to advise customer specific products and solutions.
• Ensure optimal order processing and handling and inform the various customer groups about the production and delivery deadlines and their feasibility.
• Involved in various after-sales processes, project monitoring and project administration.
• Participate in product-related training courses, as well as training courses for personal development, at home and abroad.

What do we ask?

• Completed HTS-WTB ​​or relevant specialist courses.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' work experience in a commercial office position within the technical sector.
• Broad product knowledge in the field of (control) valves, valves and associated instrumentation.
• Able to assess technical specifications at a detailed level.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, command of French language is an advantage.
• Customer driven with a commercial and solution-oriented attitude.
• Able to operate independently.
