What are you going to do?

Electrolux Group/AEG is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager Benelux who wants to make a real impact on how consumers experience our home‑care solutions, both in-store and online. Based in Brussels or Alphen aan den Rijn, you will take full ownership of the trade marketing strategy across our Kitchen and Laundry categories within the Benelux region.

In this role, you will shape how our products appear in retail environments, create activation plans that drive visibility and sales, and work closely with key retail partners to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand campaigns. You will be part of a dynamic, ambitious regional team with plenty of room to innovate and influence.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the trade marketing plan for key Benelux retailers, accelerating category growth and market visibility.
  • Create digital‑first, omnichannel campaigns across online, social media and in‑store environments.
  • Lead product launches, consumer activations and seasonal campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, internal teams and creative agencies to ensure aligned, impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate non‑digital activities such as in‑store activations, branded events, retail fairs and customer trainings.

Monitor and evaluate all activities, reporting on ROI and providing insights to support continuous improvement.

Represent Trade Operations in cross‑functional discussions with Sales, Marketing, Product Line and Finance.

Manage budgets accurately and collaborate closely with Finance to ensure full cost transparency and control.

What do we ask?

  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing or a similar commercial role.
  • A digital‑minded marketer who understands how to build campaigns that perform across online, social and in‑store touchpoints.
  • Highly structured, organised and detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • A confident communicator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven, comfortable working with data, KPIs and budget management.
  • Creative and brand‑focused, with a strong understanding of what makes visual assets and campaigns resonate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Power BI.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
