• Develop Cost Optimization Strategies: Create innovative strategies to optimize costs across cloud environments, like AWS, Azure and GCP. Be the architect behind solutions that maximize cloud investment value for our clients;
• Analyze and Optimize Cloud Spend: Dive deep into cloud expenditure patterns, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements. Your keen eye for detail will help clients get the most value for their cloud investment;
• Implement FinOps Best Practices: Stay on top of the latest FinOps trends and operational procedures. Apply these to maximize cost optimization while ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines;
• Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams, finance departments and management. Your goal? Promote cost efficiency that aligns with established guidelines and business objectives;
• Drive FinOps Culture: Lead knowledge sessions and awareness initiatives on cloud cost management. Your efforts will help teams operate more effectively in a cost-conscious environment and foster a FinOps mindset across organizations.

Wat vragen wij?

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a FinOps Consultant, Cloud Architect or in a similar role;
• Technical Understanding: Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), their pricing models and optimization techniques;
• Financial Insight: Solid grasp of financial processes and the ability to analyse complex financial data related to cloud spending;
• Consultancy Skills: Has the ability to communicate with different stakeholders on different levels within the customers organization;
• Transformation Skills: Ability to effectively guide organizations through adoption, tailoring strategies to meet their unique goals and operational needs;
• Communication Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English.
