Wat ga je doen?

  • Lead business analysis on Actuals and Forecast submission of P&L of SN Business-to-Business (B2B) during month end closing
  • Provide business analysis on Actuals and Forecast of Intergral P&L of Malaysia during month end closing
  • Be the business partner of B2B commercial teams, provide fact-based actionable recommendations
  • Review, challenge and build Business Cases linked to Innovation launches
  • Deliver quarterly tracking and reporting of Innovation performance vs. Business Case assumptions
  • Analyze commercial KPIs (ie. Net Sales Value, Gross Margin development, Portfolio mix impact) on regular and adhoc base.

  • Pro-active and can-do mentality, with a natural drive to keeps things pragmatic
  • Strong in stakeholder management, able to work with different functions (commercial, marketing, project management, supply chain) in multi culture environment and geography
  • Willing to dive into the details (strong analytical nature) and able to step back to see the bigger picture
  • 3-6 years of relevant business controlling or Finance experience within a FMCG company
  • Systems knowledge: experience with HFM, SAP and PowerBI is a plus. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint required

Employment benefits:

  • Salary between €4,450 and €6,400 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
  • A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
