In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation in the construction sector, directly influencing how smaller and mid-sized businesses adopt market-leading technology. Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Maximize Impact: Cultivate customer satisfaction by identifying strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing SMB market.
  • Drive Growth: Proactively identify and acquire new customers across the construction, engineering, and fabrication sectors using multichannel sales strategies.
  • Own the Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from generating new leads via cold calling to preparing compelling quotes and closing deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Transform complex technical features into clear business benefits for diverse audiences, ensuring our BIM and project management solutions meet their unique needs.
  • Exceed Goals: Consistently outperform sales quotas while representing Trimble as a professional and approachable industry leader.

What do we ask?

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Sales experience: You have at least 1 year of experience successfully acquiring new customers via telephone and outbound channels, or experience in a relationship with existing customers
  • Language Proficiency: You are a natural communicator with professional-level fluency in Dutch and good English skills.
  • Technical Translator: You excel at explaining technical products to non-technical audiences in a structured and persuasive manner.
  • CRM Savvy: You are comfortable managing your pipeline and documenting customer interactions using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior knowledge or background in the construction, engineering, or fabrication industries.
