What are you going to do?

In this role, you will be the driving force behind modernizing the Dutch construction landscape, directly influencing how major contractors manage complex projects by moving them into the cloud with ProjectSight.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Grow a High-Impact Portfolio: Manage and expand an existing client base by upselling and cross-selling while strategically hunting and qualifying for new market share within the Netherlands' construction technology sector.
  • Master the Art of the Demo: Conduct engaging product presentations and negotiations that vividly showcase how Trimble ProjectSight solves critical business pain points.
  • Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and own your territory strategy to consistently exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure a seamless and high-impact customer experience.
  • Relationship Focused: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and executives, fostering long-term relationships that drive mutual success.
  • Growth-Minded: Leverage your curiosity for emerging technologies and market insights to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the digital construction revolution.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Generate high-impact, accurate reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts by using our CRM system Salesforce.

What do we ask?

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven SaaS Expertise: You have a successful track record in SaaS sales, managing both "new logo" acquisitions and existing account growth.
  • Influential Communicator: You possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent Dutch and good English language skills.
  • CRM Savvy: You are proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage a high-performing sales pipeline.

Bonus Points For:

  • Good knowledge of digital construction workflows or project management within the AECO sector.
