Wat ga je doen?

• Maintain and improve the stability, performance, and functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders to deliver support and manage changes within the ERP environment.
• Act as a key contact for troubleshooting system issues and coordinating the resolution process.
• Implement enhancements and contribute to ongoing system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in global ERP projects and support broader system developments within the organization.

Wat vragen wij?

• Higher professional or university-level education, preferably in IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar support or consulting role.
• Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications is a plus.
• Experience with WMS or Manufacturing modules is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Dutch proficiency is an advantage but not required.
