Together with the restaurant manager you are responsible for the presentation and compiling of the wine list
You participate in the team
With your sharp eye for detail and sense of quality, you can identify imperfections and act accordingly

You are proactive and have good communication skills
You are someone who stands for luxury, quality and an eye for detail
You are flexible and like variety
Experience in a comparable five star hotel is an advantage, but your presentation and your interaction with the guests are decisive
