Wat ga je doen?

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team. Your job is to understand what clients need, offer smart and tailored solutions, and make sure Eager.one is always top of mind when lifting challenges arise.

Here’s what your week might look like:

  • Spotting new projects and market opportunities in the field of lifting and transport.
  • Reaching out to potential clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Working closely with our engineers to translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
  • Creating and presenting technical proposals that make an impact.
  • Representing Eager.one at trade shows and industry events.
  • Keeping a close eye on trends and developments in the market.
  • Playing a key role in winning new projects — from first conversation to signed agreement.

Wat vragen wij?

You love working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and get energy from building relationships and closing deals. You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and you speak both the language of business and technology.

  • You have a completed bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in a technical-commercial field.
  • You’ve proven yourself in a sales management role, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors.
  • You’re confident in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, in both English and Dutch.
  • You’re comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Traveling for client meetings and events is no problem for you.
  • You bring a pro-active, client-focused mindset with a drive to get things done.
