As a floor manager, you are responsible for everything happening on the store floor. Together with the store manager, you ensure optimal store performance by achieving and even exceeding commercial goals—a true challenge! You will lead the Apple Experts on the floor and work closely with the store manager. You can always exchange ideas with other floor managers from different Amac locations.

• Work in an environment with the latest Apple products and gadgets.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are correctly executed to create the ultimate customer experience and satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage all store floor activities.
• Coach and guide employees on the store floor.
• Maintain an excellent store presentation to enhance brand experience.
• Achieve and exceed commercial targets together with the team.

What do we ask?

• Minimum MBO level 4 work and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role within retail.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to set the right priorities.
• Service- and results-oriented.
• Full-time availability.
