Clinical Sales Specialist

Wat ga je doen?

You will be responsible for providing:

• Technical clinical support with reference to orthopedic implants;
• Technical training of members of the Sales department;
• Product information to the Product Managers/Specialists and Logistics department;
• Information on new developments of the current products and instruments to the members of the Sales department.

How You'll Create Impact

• Assisting and accompanying during surgeries with orthopedic implants;
• Inspecting if the surgery sets of implants and instruments are complete, in cooperation with the Logistics department and Product Managers/Specialists;
• Providing logistic support with regard to the surgery sets;
• Providing logistic input from the field to the Logistic department;
• Training members of the Sales department on the instruments area and the associated surgery techniques, in cooperation with the Logistics department and Product Managers/Specialists;
• Maintaining the surgery planning;
• Staying in continuous contact with members of the Sales department concerning the organisation of the surgery assistances;
• Starting-up new customers on implant systems, in cooperation with members of the Sales department;
• Keeping track of literature, gathering of all possible scientific documentation and information concerning our products and products of competitors.

Wat vragen wij?

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the Operating Room (orthopedics)
• Good knowledge of anatomy/OR procedures and rules;
• A general and wide product knowledge, as well as knowledge of the orthopedic market.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, in both speech and writing.
• Able to focus on details;
• Strong customer focus;
• Strong quality focus;
• High level of being driven and persistent;
• High level of both technical and professional knowledge/skills.
