(junior) Consultant Corporate Finance

What are you going to do?

Are you a driven and entrepreneurial professional with demonstrable experience in corporate finance? Are you looking for a professional and informal work environment in which you play a key role within a close-knit team and bear final responsibility for leading transactions for clients from the SME and Large Business sectors? Then a job as a (junior) Consultant Corporate Finance at FBM is probably something for you.

At FBM you will join a professional, client-focused and informal culture. You will be expected to independently manage mergers & acquisition projects and/or (re)structuring issues in various sectors, both in the Netherlands and abroad. And from day one you will be sitting at the client’s table. Our team consists of 17 entrepreneurial specialists with a background as investment bankers and/or consultants. We have our own vision and hands-on mentality. Advice with character is what we call it.

What do we ask?

• You are a college educated professional with at least 3-5 years of work experience in Transaction services, Due Diligence, Accountancy or Corporate finance;
• You have demonstrated analytical and numerical skills;
• You have the necessary commercial experience;
• You have a fundamental understanding of business valuation and its various methods;
• You are communicatively strong in, at least, the Dutch and English languages;
• You are a down-to-earth and proactive team player;
• You have a natural curiosity to really want to understand situations and people;
• Thorough knowledge and experience in creating and delivering presentations.
