As a Recruiter at Head Staffing, you’ll be the go-to person for both candidates and clients. You know exactly where to find the right people and how to get them excited about opportunities with our partners in the food industry. Whether it’s writing compelling job ads, conducting interviews, or advising clients on the perfect match — you do it all with ease.

Working from our office in Nieuwegein, you’ll be involved in the full recruitment process:

• Actively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and your own network
• Conducting selection interviews and screening applicants
• Supporting new hires from intake through to onboarding
• Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and help achieve team goals
