Wat ga je doen?

In this role, you will work closely with Site Managers and key stakeholders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making for our site. This is an opportunity to act as a trusted finance business partner within a dynamic and international organization where your insights directly contribute to business success.

• Advise site leadership team on financial, controlling, and broader business matters to support effective decision-making.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and analyze full P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

Wat vragen wij?

• University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
