Account Support Representative (Global)

Wat ga je doen?

• Supporting the Account Manager in managing an international customer portfolio;
• Providing high-quality, professional and consistent commercial support to customers;
• Coordinating commercial and administrative processes from quotation to delivery;
• Processing orders, quotations, and invoices in SAP;
• Performing pricing calculations and preparing offers in Excel;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in systems;
• Coordinating communication between customers, internal teams, and production partners;
• Managing order planning, stock levels, and supply chain activities;
• Arranging and following up on shipments and export documentation;
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication.

Wat vragen wij?

• A bachelor’s degree in a commercial or business-related field;
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or operations role;
• Experience in a B2B environment (preferably trade/logistics);
• Strong Excel skills (essential);
• Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (both written and spoken);
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.
