Firmware Tester

What are you going to do?

• Automating test scripts using test design techniques
• Executing test scripts (manual and automated)
• Maintaining and updating automated regression test scripts
• Performing exploratory testing
• Identifying and reporting firmware bugs and issues
• Collaborating with developers and product owners to resolve problems
• Contributing to documentation of the testing process and results
• Bringing new knowledge, methods, and techniques to the team
• Working on improvements to the testing process

What do we ask?

• Relevant work experience in firmware testing
• Experience with both manual and automated firmware testing
• Strong knowledge of firmware testing methods and techniques
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience with Python
• SQL experience is a plus, as well as knowledge of Robot Framework and holding an ISTQB certification
• Experience testing embedded system aspects, such as meeting power budget requirements
• Eager to learn, a team player, communicative, and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
