What do we ask?

• You take full responsibility for IT — making independent decisions, driving improvements, and advising management where needed.
• Strong experience with Windows endpoints, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Proxmox or similar virtualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and scripting (Shell, PowerShell, etc.).
• Comfortable working with Docker (bonus: Traefik or similar reverse proxies).
