What are you going to do?

Together with your assistant managers, you lead a diverse team of store employees and do everything you can to achieve great results. You monitor sales, evaluate shelf layouts, and safeguard the appearance of your store. You are also responsible for inventory, balance the cash registers daily, create staff schedules, support colleagues in their development, and assess candidates applying to your branch. You regularly communicate with the district manager about operations and results of your store.

What do we ask?

• You have completed an MBO level 4 education or possess an HBO-level working and thinking ability.
• You have at least five years of experience in retail, including a minimum of two years in a managerial role.
• You have experience conducting performance reviews and absence management meetings.
• Given our opening hours, you are comfortable working regularly in the evenings and on weekends.
• You are down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented.
• You align with the Action culture: cost-conscious, customer-focused, respectful, team-oriented, disciplined, and straightforward.
