And you and your kitchen colleagues help create that experience by paying attention to the taste and presentation of every dish. With an eye for detail, you show your passion for cooking. And no, you don’t need tons of experience. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, you’ll learn the most common tasks in the Zusje kitchen as a kitchen staff member, so you can eventually work independently. Earn some good money, develop new skills, and enjoy a fun atmosphere — three wins in one!

What do we ask?

• The right mindset! Meaning: you’re motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic
• As a kitchen staff member, you’re flexible and don’t mind working on a Monday one time and a Thursday the next
• Experience in the kitchen isn’t required, but having a feel for cooking is
• You enjoy being challenged and stepping out of your comfort zone to learn new things
