What are you going to do?

Are you analytically strong with a passion for improving processes in complex operational environments? Do you get energy from guiding organizations to structurally optimize their supply chains and operational processes? Then we’re looking for you: a seasoned Consultant in Process Optimization & Implementation who truly makes a difference.

Across sectors such as FMCG, industry, logistics, retail, as well as government and healthcare, you’ll independently or collaboratively execute projects for our clients. You will conduct process analyses, redesign workflows, and implement improvements across supply chains, production, and logistics operations. Projects might include demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, warehouse efficiency, or end-to-end chain optimization.

You will apply proven methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and BPM, leveraging tools such as Power BI, process modeling software (e.g., Lucidchart), and ERP systems to gain insights and support sustainable change. You are not only a process expert but also a strategic sparring partner for your clients, capable of guiding teams through change with enthusiasm and clarity.

Your value goes beyond individual projects. You actively contribute to the growth of our team by mentoring junior and medior consultants, sharing your expertise, and helping to shape and improve our propositions. What do we ask?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process optimization, transformation, or implementation projects, preferably in consulting or project-based environments;
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing processes in logistics, production, or supply chains;
  • Proven track record with methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and BPMN;
  • Clear vision on process optimization in Supply Chain & Operations, and actively shares knowledge in this field;
  • Leadership experience. Capable of coaching colleagues and contributing to team growth and knowledge development;
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, from shop floor to senior management, and strong in building trust and buy-in;
  • A relevant client network with references from similar assignments.
