You will identify opportunities to simplify complex processes, improve operational performance and deliver innovative solutions that create value for customers, employees and the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving strategic improvement initiatives within KYC Reviews and/or KYC Onboarding.
• Translating business strategy and OKRs into tangible initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Improving end-to-end processes through standardisation, harmonisation and automation.
• Leading complex change initiatives from idea to implementation and adoption.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve control effectiveness and enhance customer experience.
• Leveraging data and management information to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Driving innovation through the implementation of automation, AI and GenAI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data, Technology and Innovation teams.
• Strengthening governance, process ownership and continuous improvement capabilities across the organisation. 

Wat vragen wij?

We're looking for someone who is curious about technology and excited about the opportunities it creates. You don't need to be a software developer or data scientist, but you understand how technology can transform processes and improve business performance.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience identifying opportunities for process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Affinity with AI, GenAI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating business challenges into automation or technology-driven solutions.
• A strong understanding of how data can be used to improve decision-making and operational performance.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies and challenge traditional ways of working.
• Experience with automation, process mining, robotics, workflow tooling, advanced analytics or AI copilots is considered a strong advantage.

Most importantly, you are excited about helping build future-fit KYC processes where humans and technology work together to create better outcomes. You are an experienced transformation professional who feels energised by complexity, innovation and change. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and know how to navigate a challenging stakeholder environment while maintaining focus on delivery and impact.

Professional experience

• HBO or WO working and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in process management, transformation, project management or continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of delivering change initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or comparable methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience within KYC, Financial Crime Prevention, Risk, Compliance or Financial Services is considered a strong advantage.
