Wat ga je doen?

• Act as a HR partner and trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance across all HR topics while aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Drive the cultural journey across the region—building a strong bridge between people and business to foster a purpose-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Provide clear, consistent guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across Northern Europe.
• Manage employee relations throughout the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while cultivating an environment that supports growth, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and secure top talent that meets both current and future business needs.
• Lead and continuously improve the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and development planning
• Partner with the HR Operations and other functions at headquarters to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and a consistent employee experience.
• Oversee and manage all HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.

Wat vragen wij?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Partner role, ideally in a regional or international setting.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR practices in some countries within Northern Europe
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and a passion for enabling people and performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
