Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager

Are you a proactive and organized professional ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join our team! 

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating across various departments and managing project documents. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether you’re working with internal teams or external contractors, you’ll be at the center of the action, contributing to key projects that support the future ambitions of wind energy. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop and update project execution plans.
• Coordinate with various departments to keep things on track.
• Lead project closeout, including final reports and client feedback.
• Support product engineering and select materials & services.
• Oversee the daily progress of the project and collaborate with production teams.
• Ensure all project documents, from drawings to reports, are ready and approved by the client.
• Supervise construction (in-house and external).
• Prepare and approve purchase orders for materials and services.

What do we ask?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, fabrication, offshore, or modular engineering.
• Project management experience and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., IMO-SOLAS, DNV2.7-1).
• Fluent in both Dutch and English 
• Proficient in MS Office, Autocad, and project management tools.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to successfully complete projects.
