Grounds Maintenance Worker

What are you going to do?

As a Maintenance Worker, you will work together with your colleagues to maintain green spaces in residential areas, along roads, at businesses, and in public spaces. From pruning and mowing to clearing and cleaning up — you’re not afraid to get stuck in. No desk job, but hands-on work in the great outdoors!

• Maintenance of green spaces (including pruning and mowing);
• Working with (hand-held) machinery and tools;
• Working tidily and safely along roads and in public spaces;
• Working together as part of a close-knit team;
• Ensuring the work is carried out to a high standard.

What do we ask?

• You enjoy working outdoors and are not afraid to get your hands dirty;
• Previous experience in landscaping or green space maintenance is a plus, but not required;
• Category B driving licence is preferred;
• VCA certificate is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain one;
• You are reliable, safety-conscious and take pride in your work;
• You are motivated, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.
