Wat ga je doen?

  • Act as the primary commercial advocate for fLEX technology, promoting its benefits to a wide range of stakeholders including customers, institutions, leagues, conferences, shoe manufacturers, and playing surface producers.
  • Provide direct reports and strategic insights to the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Report to and collaborate intensively with the Sales Directors for both Traditional and New Markets to align strategies and drive market penetration.
  • Engage in thought leadership and participate in industry discussions, including controversial and innovative topics, to position fLEX as a groundbreaking solution.
  • Develop and execute strategies to overcome adoption challenges and create momentum for the product.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner responsible for the technical aspects of fLEX to ensure cohesive product positioning and customer engagement.
  • Travel internationally.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Background in athlete performance, biomechanics, or a related field to complement our team of agronomists.
  • Deep understanding of player-surface interaction and its implications on performance and safety, preferably in American football & Soccer.
  • Commercial drive and insight.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
