PGGM is looking for a Management Assistant for the IM Board.
As a Management Assistant for the IM Board, you will support two members of the PGGM IM management team. Together with your fellow management assistants, you ensure that the PGGM IM Board is fully supported. For you, this means managing complex calendars, actively handling the mailbox, drafting and coordinating meeting schedules for various committees and internal communication events. You will keep track of action points and deadlines, and remain highly alert in this regard. When urgent matters arise, you act immediately by sharing information and freeing up schedules. Where needed, you also assist in preparing presentations or short memos. You will work closely with the management assistants of the other board members. Thanks to your efforts, the PGGM IM Board can carry out its work effectively.
