At AED the Netherlands, we’re looking for a Business Developer who’s ready to move forward, take the lead, and gets energy from building things — business, relationships, and results.

Key Responsibilities

In short: you’ll make sure both existing and new clients get the most out of AED’s toolbox.

• You deepen existing customer relationships and actively pursue new market opportunities.
• You spot opportunities at clients and think, “AED can do more here.”
• You develop smart propositions and partnerships — and drive them internally to execution.
• You work closely with the sales, rental, and logistics teams to ensure deals are actually deliverable.
• You keep an eye on the market and competition, bringing fresh ideas back into the organization. Not just talking about growth — but actually realizing it.

Wat vragen wij?

• Je haalt energie uit het ontmoeten van nieuwe mensen, het voeren van nieuwe gesprekken en het ontdekken van nieuwe kansen.
• Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken, vragen te stellen, initiatief te nemen en de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
• Je denkt commercieel, maar wel met inhoud en realisme.
• Je hebt gevoel voor technologie, of in ieder geval interesse in audiovisuele apparatuur en evenementen (kennis is een grote plus).
• Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar je begrijpt dat succes voortkomt uit teamwork.
• Je bent nieuwsgierig, scherpzinnig en niet bang om nieuwe ideeën te delen.
