Wat ga je doen?

As Succesfactors Information Analyst, you will help us fully transition from SAP HR to Succesfactors. Several HR processes are already in place. In 2022 we started migrating the HR processes for payroll, time, travel management and flexible benefits, among others. You will be responsible for developing and managing Succesfactors within Enexis, and will work closely with our HR department to this end. You analyse HR's information needs and come up with smart IT solutions and improvement proposals based on that analysis. You skilfully bridge the processes, systems and data in our organisation to keep things running smoothly. This is important work at a time when, as a grid operator, we need to make progress more than ever to maintain the momentum of the energy transition.

Wat vragen wij?

You speak the HR department's language, understand its goals and think along proactively as a flexible team player. Thanks to your strong analytical ability and creativity, you have no trouble working in an organisation with several systems under development. With your vision and communication skills you are persuasive and can work constructively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree;
  • Knowledge of HR processes;
  • At least 2 years working experience with SAP Succesfactors.

Wat bieden wij?

  • A gross monthly salary between € 4,358 and € 6,226 at the full-time (40 hours/week) rate.
  • This consists of a base salary in scale 15 between € 3,611 and € 5,158, supplemented with a personal budget (10%) and a 13th month (10.7%).
