Experience:
Brings recruitment experience from SaaS, tech, or scale-up environments in the Netherlands, preferably in-house. Has designed and improved hiring processes and knows what good looks like.

Skills:
Strong in sourcing and outreach, with a focus on quality and speed. Skilled in structured, inclusive interviewing. Fluent in ATS, Boolean, and AI recruitment tools. A clear communicator who stays consistent across roles, timelines, and stakeholders.

Mindset:
Curious, structured, energetic and people-minded. Takes ownership, follows through, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Cares about progress, not just process.
